Not your average criminal defense firm

At the Law Offices of Jess C. Bedore, III, our number one priority is the defense of our clients against their criminal allegations. In some cases, this involves the strategic negotiation of a plea bargain deal. In others, it involves the dogged defense of our clients all the way to trial. However, aside from the traditional job of a criminal defense lawyer, we have two other priorities: the creation of a judgment-free zone, and the education of our clients.

At the Law Offices of Jess C. Bedore, III, we make it a priority to help our clients feel comfortable in our offices. A judgement-free zone is important for anyone who is facing criminal allegations. Indeed, we know that being arrested and accused of a crime is perhaps the most humiliating experience that any California resident has ever been through. We will not add to that humiliation; rather, it's our goal to help you feel okay. We're on your side, and we're here to support you.

We also want you to be educated about your allegations, what to expect during your criminal defense, what laws are at issue in your case and what the potential consequences of a conviction are. An educated client is a calmer client because he or she will know exactly what's happening throughout the case. Furthermore, an educated client is better able to make wise decisions for him or herself.

Much of our practice involves defending people against drunk driving charges, weapons crimes, drug crimes and sexual assault crimes. However, the Law Offices of Jess C. Bedore, III, represents California residents accused of virtually any kind crime. If you are currently facing criminal allegations, we are available to talk to you about your case.
